Panagiotis Panoutsos Talkovski is a specialized scientist in the field of Sports Integrity and events. He is the founder/director of EAGLE Sports Integrity Services. He holds a master’s degree from the MA Sports Ethics and Integrity program under the coordination of KU Leuven, which he attended with a scholarship from the European Commission. He has worked at the Economist Group and World Athletics, as well as at major sporting events such as of UEFA.

In Greece, he served as the Head of Education of the National Anti-Doping Organization (E.O.K.A.N/HADA) and he is a certified education manager by WADA.

His experience, knowledge and multifunctional personality make him ideal for the position of Event Management Advisor, complementing the Management Team of the Organization, with the task of organizing and coordinating all future WUAVF Hellas events, such as conferences, workshops, events as well as FPV Drone Racing races.
