Moris Gkormezanos is the Founder and Head of Production of M21 FILMS, a creative multimedia production company based in Athens, Greece, serving clients both domestically and abroad. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Film and Television Production from the University of York, UK.

He began his professional career training and working as a camera assistant on various feature film productions, including “Roza of Smyrna” (Argonauts Productions S.A., 2016) and “Jamaica” (View Master Films S.A., 2017), and as a camera trainee on the team of acclaimed director of photography, Woo-Hyung Kim, on the BBC-AMC co-production of “The Little Drummer Girl” (2018).

His freelance work as a cinematographer and camera operator includes narrative short films, documentary series such as “Parallel Lives” (2018-2019) for the Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation (ERT 2), as well as promotional and corporate films for a diverse clientele.

His professional background and passion for powerful audiovisual storytelling and aerial (drone) filming, led to his appointment as the Drone Cinematography Advisor of the Hellenic Chapter of the World UAV Federation.
