Following the global human capital trends WUAVF Hellas will facilitate savvy recruiters and corporations to forge connections with talented candidates particularly at the Ph.D and postdoctoral level for job openings and startup initiatives from the University communities and innovation ecosystem.

People have started seeing the remarkable rise of UAVs & drones the last years. Racing using First Person View goggles is an underground movement ready to become the next big thing in the world of sports, WUAVF Hellas will be among the ones that will encourage steps towards this direction.

Volunteers are the cornerstone of our organization and are vital to raising attention about the benefits coming from the use of UAVs and drones. Each year, WUAVF Hellas will honor individuals for their commitment to outstanding volunteerism for their valuable and selfless commitment to humanitarian projects and disaster relief operations.

WUAVF Hellas is the voice of professionals for the UAV and drones industry and an advocate on matters impacting this sector and the community at large in Greece and southern Europe. UAV Industry Award recognizes and celebrates firms and individuals who have distinguished themselves by demonstrating excellence in our sector.

WUAVF Hellas is calling for ambitious drone enthusiasts and aerial photographers to present their work around the theme “Bird’s Eye View” by submitting 2-3 aerial photos with full description for the Aerial Photography of the Year Award. Candidates are asked for a creative response and all types of drone aerial photography are welcome.
